My Name is Fareeha.

A goal-oriented person who is very passionate to my work and dedicated to deliver high-quality results within the shortest period of time. Currently, I am working as an HR Director / Business Partner.

My entire 17+ years of experience spans over a healthcare sector extensively.

I had joined a single medical center "Apollo Clinic Qatar" with 10 Physicians and 20 staff as an HR Administrator in 2004. Now the company has Six (6) subsidiary branches located in different premises in Qatar.

Being an HR and the senior employee of the organization, I had faced lots of challenges especially when it comes to hiring and retaining the top talent employees ultimately selecting the right workforce within the financial budget which is one of the core task to support the employer. During 2016 - 2019 was a quite busy year’s when the employees started grabbing the new opportunities and decided to move forward to fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals at that time. Then the pandemic of 2020 had given another tough time globally to all employers. Although, it was hard being a single leader of the department but fortunately, I was able to achieve the target and hired more than 450+ candidates for the organization
